A pop-up trade show booth is a convenient, portable outdoor shelter that you can usually set up in minutes. You can purchase pop-up trade show booths from sporting goods stores or trade show equipment dealers.

Initial Setup

Once you purchase your instant canopy pop-up booth, take all the pieces and accessories out of the box and review the instructions. Stand the folded frame upright, making sure the top and bottom are correctly oriented. Many models have tags labeling the top and the bottom. Pull the corners of the frame out a few feet to spread the unit. Unpack the canvas covering and find the corners. Attach each of the corners to the corners of the frame using the ties and velcro straps on the canvas covering.

Two Person Setup

To set up the booth with two people, stand facing opposite one another on parallel sides of the booth. Have each person locate the diamond shape made by the pieces of the folded frame in the middle of each side. Grasp the top of the diamond with one hand and the bottom of the diamond with the other hand, and have your assembly partner do the same on the opposite side of the booth. Step backward away from each other while pressing down on the top section of the diamond and pressing up on the lower section. After you take a few steps backward in this manner, you will have spread the corners of the booth far enough apart to pop them into place. Push each of the corners upward until they click, connecting with the locking mechanism, and then extend each of the legs to the desired height.
